Political Call Center Trained to Hang Up on Ron Paul Supporters

One morning I had called up a Political Call Center job I had found on Craigslist. The add and the lady with the Interview, had buttered the job to be a soliciting call for the Republican Party mainly concerning about issues such as Abortion, Gun Rights, and other various “Republican” agendas.

On the day of the Interview, I could not help but fantasize in the world that I would like to live in, the notion that I had found a job that might be helping Ron Paul. Of course with this thought in mind I had to investigate whether it really did or not. Ron Paul is registered Republican and even though I can’t vote I still want to support the Revolution by supporting Dr. Paul in which ever way I can.

The first thing I found to be sketchy was the fact that only Romney and Obama are given as options in the script. I did not have a smart phone or a camera with me unfortunately. So basically it is asking if you are Republican or Democrat, but the call center itself is not supposed to be supporting any one specific campaign. So how is it that it will support Ron Paul or the “Republican Party” if you are trained to hang up unless the caller says they are for Mitt Romney or Republican.

Drones over U.S. get OK by Congress – Washington Times

Drones over U.S. get OK by Congress – Washington Times.

Look! Up in the sky! Is it a bird? Is it a plane? It’s … a drone, and it’s watching you. That’s what privacy advocates fear from a bill Congress passed this week to make it easier for the government to fly unmanned spy planes in U.S. airspace.

The FAA Reauthorization Act, which President Obama is expected to sign, also orders the Federal Aviation Administration to develop regulations for the testing and licensing of commercial drones by 2015.

Privacy advocates say the measure will lead to widespread use of drones for electronic surveillance by police agencies across the country and eventually by private companies as well.

“There are serious policy questions on the horizon about privacy and surveillance, by both government agencies and commercial entities,” said Steven Aftergood, who heads the Project on Government Secrecy at the Federation of American Scientists.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation also is “concerned about the implications for surveillance by government agencies,” said attorney Jennifer Lynch.

The provision in the legislation is the fruit of “a huge push by lawmakers and the defense sector to expand the use of drones” in American airspace, she added.

According to some estimates, the commercial drone market in the United States could be worth hundreds of millions of dollars once the FAA clears their use.

The agency projects that 30,000 drones could be in the nation’s skies by 2020.

The highest-profile use of drones by the United States has been in the CIA’s armed Predator-drone program, which targets al Qaeda terrorist leaders. But the vast majority of U.S. drone missions, even in war zones, are flown for surveillance. Some drones are as small as model aircraft, while others have the wingspan of a full-size jet.

In Afghanistan, the U.S. use of drone surveillance has grown so rapidly that it has created a glut of video material to be analyzed.

The legislation would order the FAA, before the end of the year, to expedite the process through which it authorizes the use of drones by federal, state and local police and other agencies. The FAA currently issues certificates, which can cover multiple flights by more than one aircraft in a particular area, on a case-by-case basis.

The Department of Homeland Security is the only federal agency to discuss openly its use of drones in domestic airspace.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection, an agency within the department, operates nine drones, variants of the CIA’s feared Predator. The aircraft, which are flown remotely by a team of 80 fully qualified pilots, are used principally for border and counternarcotics surveillance under four long-term FAA certificates.

Officials say they can be used on a short-term basis for a variety of other public-safety and emergency-management missions if a separate certificate is issued for that mission.

“It’s not all about surveillance,” Mr. Aftergood said.

Homeland Security has deployed drones to support disaster relief operations. Unmanned aircraft also could be useful for fighting fires or finding missing climbers or hikers, he added.

The FAA has issued hundreds of certificates to police and other government agencies, and a handful to research institutions to allow them to fly drones of various kinds over the United States for particular missions.

The agency said it issued 313 certificates in 2011 and 295 of them were still active at the end of the year, but the FAA refuses to disclose which agencies have the certificates and what their purposes are.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation is suing the FAA to obtain records of the certifications.

“We need a list so we can ask [each agency], ‘What are your policies on drone use? How do you protect privacy? How do you ensure compliance with the Fourth Amendment?’ ” Ms. Lynch said.

“Currently, the only barrier to the routine use of drones for persistent surveillance are the procedural requirements imposed by the FAA for the issuance of certificates,” said Amie Stepanovich, national security counsel for the Electronic Privacy Information Center, a research center in Washington.

The Department of Transportation, the parent agency of the FAA, has announced plans to streamline the certification process for government drone flights this year, she said.

“We are looking at our options” to oppose that, she added.

Section 332 of the new FAA legislation also orders the agency to develop a system for licensing commercial drone flights as part of the nation’s air traffic control system by 2015.

The agency must establish six flight ranges across the country where drones can be test-flown to determine whether they are safe for travel in congested skies.

Representatives of the fast-growing unmanned aircraft systems industry say they worked hard to get the provisions into law.

“It sets deadlines for the integration of [the drones] into the national airspace,” said Gretchen West, executive vice president of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International, an industry group.

She said drone technology is new to the FAA.

The legislation, which provides several deadlines for the FAA to report progress to Congress, “will move the [drones] issue up their list of priorities,” Ms. West said.

DHS: ‘We Are Preparing For Massive Civil War’ Says DHS Informant

Infowars: ‘We Are Preparing For Massive Civil War’ Says DHS Informant

Dominique de Kevelioc de BailleulBefore It’s News
May 4, 2012

In a riveting interview on TruNews Radio, Wednesday, private investigator Doug Hagmann said high-level, reliable sources told him the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is preparing for “massive civil war” in America.

“We have problems . . . The federal government is preparing for civil uprising,” he added, “so every time you hear about troop movements, every time you hear about movements of military equipment, the militarization of the police, the buying of the ammunition, all of this is . . . they (DHS) are preparing for a massive uprising.”

Hagmann goes on to say that his sources tell him the concerns of the DHS stem from a collapse of the U.S. dollar and the hyperinflation a collapse in the value of the world’s primary reserve currency implies to a nation of 311 million Americans, who, for the significant portion of the population, is armed.

Uprisings in Greece is, indeed, a problem, but an uprising of armed Americans becomes a matter of serious national security, a point addressed in a recent report by the Pentagon and highlighted as a vulnerability and threat to the U.S. during war-game exercises at the Department of Defense last year, according to one of the DoD’s war-game participants, Jim Rickards, author of Currency Wars: The Making of the Next Global Crisis.

Through his sources, Hagmann confirmed Rickards’ ongoing thesis of a fear of a U.S. dollar collapse at the hands of the Chinese (U.S. treasury bond holders of approximately $1 trillion) and, possibly, the Russians (threatening to launch a gold-backed ruble as an attractive alternative to the U.S. dollar) in retaliation for aggressive U.S. foreign policy initiatives against China’s and Russia’s strategic allies Iran and Syria.

“The one source that we have I’ve known since 1979,” Hagmann continued. “He started out as a patrol officer and currently he is now working for a federal agency under the umbrella of the Department of Homeland Security; he’s in a position to know what policies are being initiated, what policies are being planned at this point, and he’s telling us right now—look, what you’re seeing is just the tip of the iceberg. We are preparing, we, meaning the government, we are preparing for a massive civil war in this country.”

“There’s no hyperbole here,” he added, echoing Trends Research Institute’s Founder Gerald Celente’s forecast of last year. Celente expects a collapse of the U.S. dollar and riots in America some time this year.

  • A d v e r t i s e m e n t

Since Celente’s ‘Civil War’ prediction of last year, executive orders NDAA and National Defense Resources Preparedness were signed into law by President Obama, which are both politically damaging actions taken by a sitting president.

And most recently, requests made by the DHS for the procurement of 450 million rounds of hollow-point ammunition only fuels speculation of an upcoming tragic event expected on American soil.

These major events, as shocking to the American people as they are, have taken place during an election year.

Escalating preparatory activities by the executive branch and DHS throughout the last decade—from the Patriot Act, to countless executive orders drafted to suspend (or strip) American civil liberties “are just the beginning” of the nightmare to come, Hagmann said.

He added, “It’s going to get so much worse toward the election, and I’m not even sure we’re going to have an election in this country. It’s going to be that bad, and this, as well, is coming from my sources. But one source in particular said, ‘look, you don’t understand how bad it is.’ This stuff is real; these people, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), they are ready to fight the American people.”

TruNews Wiles asked Hagmann: who does the DHS expect to fight, in particular? Another North versus South, the Yankees against the Confederates? Hagmann stated the situation is far worse than a struggle between any two factions within the U.S.; it’s an anticipated nationwide emergency event centered on the nation’s currency.

“What they [DHS] are expecting, and again, this is according to my sources, what they’re expecting is the un-sustainability of the American dollar,” Hagmann said. “And we know for a fact that we can no longer service our debt. There’s going to be a period of hyperinflation . . . the dollar will be worthless . . . The economic collapse will be so severe, people won’t be ready for this.”

Gaga, Zuckerberg and Obama Groomed From Childhood for Their Roles

Gaga, Zuckerberg and Obama Groomed From Childhood for Their Roles

May 14, 2012

The Education of Mark Zuckerberg … It’s May 7, a week before Mr. Zuckerberg’s 28th birthday. And, as Wall Street, Silicon Valley and the wider world all know, something big is coming. It is the deal that will either prove once and for all that Facebook is changing just about everything, everywhere, or that the mania over social media and this company, its apotheosis, is spiraling out of control … If all goes well, Facebook will go public on Friday in an I.P.O. that could value it at nearly $100 billion. And so now, as C.E.O., Mark Zuckerberg has never been more secure — or, given the coming I.P.O., more exposed … On some evenings, as dusk falls in Menlo Park, Mr. Zuckerberg and a small circle of his lieutenants play roller hockey, and maybe knock back a beer or two, outside Facebook’s headquarters … Out in the courtyard, the crew — almost all of them men, almost all in their 20s — hoot and skate until it is almost too dark to see much of anything. Across the courtyard floor, giant black tiles spell out the word “hack.” … The Facebook boys and their captain, Mark Zuckerberg, skate hard. They line up shots with care. And they play to win. – NY Times (5/13/2012)

Lady Gaga went to geek camp, too … Gaga, Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and Google’s Sergey Brin are all alumni of the Center for Talented Youth (CTY) at Johns Hopkins University. CTY and the Duke Talent Identification Program (TIP) are two of the most well-known highly selective programs that have given rise to high-achieving adults … But first, kids have to prove themselves by taking the SAT in about seventh grade, and they need to score as well as or better than 50 percent of the college-bound juniors and seniors taking the SAT or ACT (you can retest later). Summer Institute for the Gifted, another program, also accepts letters of recommendation and participation in a gifted program as credentials. These camps have programs at various colleges in the U.S., and some in other countries, too … All of these programs do offer financial assistance to some students, however. Students and alumni tend to agree that it’s all worth it. – CNN Living (9/6/2010)

Another day, another breathless announcement about the Facebook IPO – this one in the form of an extended article in the New York Times that demands no less than three writers and thousands of words.

And likely it’s all a lie of sorts. Zuckerberg is no genius-mogul and Facebook is more a US intelligence asset than a functioning business. But the show must go on, even though it is increasingly a threadbare pretense. The Internet allows us to see clearly how these gambits (scams) are probably perpetuated.

The idea of the global elites, of course, is always to convince the masses that those who work at the top of gigantic corporations and banks are superhuman and deserve their largesse and fame. A quick look at reality provides another perspective entirely.

For the most part, world leaders are staggeringly incompetent and ill-informed … though it is true that many possess native intelligence of sorts. This is not surprising, as they have been selected for this trait. It is in fact seemingly a growing trend as global governance expands.

It is a simple formula. The power elite that wants to run the world has increasingly integrated a seamless network of testing throughout the West to help identify top human youngsters – those who are symbolically facile, even verbally adept without the additional burden of deep thinking.

From the outside looking in, it may seem that the West is an egalitarian place – especially America – where anyone with the requisite combination of hard work, talent and intelligence can make a large success. But in the 21st century this is increasingly myth, not truth.

Increasingly, the global elites are implementing a command-and-control grid that seeks out talented youngsters at an earlier and earlier age.

US President George W. Bush’s “No Child Left Behind” program may be seen as just another one of his goonish, authoritarian visions. But when examined in a larger context, one can see that the US government has laid a grid across the country to identify up-and-coming youngsters at any level, even as young as elementary school.

Once identified, these youngsters are tracked and promoted. They may be the recipients of sudden scholarships or other forms of largesse. Certainly, their quiet rise from obscurity to, possibly, the world stage is supported by a variety of hidden contacts and networks.

These youngsters, eventually, have access to an entire gamut of global elite resources including the vast shadowy marketing machines of Tavistock and other elite promotional facilities.

All they need to do is come up with an idea, a technology (no matter how ephemeral) or in the case of Lady Gaga, a song, a chant … a rap – and the star-making machine goes to work. (OK, perhaps it is NOT preordained but it certainly is close to it.)

It’s a kind of organized crime approach to cultivating talent. After making their selections, elite handlers begin to make the pitch. The quid-pro-quo is surely obvious, and “Monarch Programs” are not necessary. Most – like Zuckerberg – acquiesce willingly and do whatever is required.

Of course, many young people mature late and mathematical capability is not the only kind of creativity. This is not an issue to the top elites. They apparently wish to select for numerical facilities (music, language and math skills) because the owners of such talents are likely to be linear rather than holistic thinkers.

The idea is to present geniuses with outward, dazzling skills but with little in the way of insight or determination to investigate the realities of their larger privilege.

In a sense these youngsters are like performing monkeys, fabulously skilled but incurious when it comes to the system that has launched them. Lady Gaga is said to have composed music at four. Zuckerberg supposedly speaks five languages including Latin. These are the so-called “beautiful minds.”

The privileges are evident and obvious. Zuckerberg, landing in Harvard with the eyes of the elite upon him, was soon smothered in money from various questionable sources including those with close ties to US Intel. Now his company is worth US$100 billion and climbing.

Lady Gaga’s rise was laid by a massive marketing campaign that is surely not available to most other youngsters with similar talents. She entertains billions with increasingly less agile and tuneful songs – or outright plagiarisms.

And when it comes to politics, top operators like US President Barack Obama seem almost entirely manufactured. Obama has hardly revealed anything substantive about his background, and what he has shared has been questionable, or even branded as a forgery. Nonetheless, he may win re-election, such is the power of those who stand in the shadows behind him.

The CNN Living article quoted above seems to give the game away. What are the odds that Lady Gaga, Sergey Brin and Mark Zuckerberg went to the same special school as youngsters? They are astronomical … except that the elites have set up a system to capture such individuals while they are young. The Duke affiliation is no accident, either.

It is no coincidence that the “best and brightest” constantly work for the World Bank or the International Monetary Fund or manifestations of the UN or NGOs. They populate the top levels of Western corporate privilege, politics and mainstream media.

One can visualize them as the fodder of global governance. They are the stylish male and female models of the New World Order – groomed to portray a face that is at once friendly and brilliant in order to convince lesser mortals that the coming globalism is inevitable. The “smartest people” are participating, after all.

An uber-class is being built up patiently, piece by piece. Youngsters in the West may dream of climbing ambitiously to the top, but little do they know the places are already taken.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Saying he had no discretion under state law, a judge sentenced a Jacksonville, Florida, woman to 20 years in prison Friday for firing a warning shot in an effort to scare off her abusive husband.

Marissa Alexander unsuccessfully tried to use Florida’s controversial “stand your ground” law to derail the prosecution, but a jury in March convicted her of aggravated assault after just 12 minutes of deliberation.

The case, which was prosecuted by the same state attorney who is handling the Trayvon Martin case, has gained the attention of civil rights leaders who say the black woman was persecuted because of her race.

After the sentencing, Rep. Corrine Brown confronted State Attorney Angela Corey in the hallway, accusing her of being overzealous, according to video from CNN affiliate WJXT.

“There is no justification for 20 years,” Brown told Corey during an exchange frequently interrupted by…

THIS IS A MAY DAY This is a preparedness and safety alert for citizens in North America and across large cities (including Toronto, London, Sydney and more):PREPAREDNESS ALERT!

This is a preparedness and safety alert for citizens in North America and across large cities (including Toronto, London, Sydney and more):

For May 1, the “99%” are planning nationwide disruptions, work stoppages, slow-downs and more in an attempt to shake up the status quo.

This flyer reveals part of their plan: http://threatjournal.com/images/Mayday_big.jpg

Here’s the website of what’s happening in NYC: http://www.maydaynyc.org/

And here’s an article from BusinessWeek that discusses what might happen: http://www.businessweek.com/news/2012-04-30/occupy-wall-street-plans-global-disruption-of-status-quo-may-1

My predictions:

Best case scenario: Peaceful protests, very little impact. Only minor disruptions.

Worst case scenario: Escalation into violence, ignites a shooting war between protesters and the government.

What you can do:

Be prepared for disruptions! If you can, STAY HOME and avoid being on the streets on May 1.

If you must travel in a vehicle, carry extra food, water, fuel, flashlights, warm blanket, and whatever legal self defense items you feel comfortable having with you.

If you have children or teens in the family, encourage them to stay home on May 1 and avoid getting caught up in possible riots or police response actions.

If you stay home, beef up your home security and neighborhood watch efforts. Keep your cell phones fully charged. Keep flashlights handy. Lock your doors and keep an eye out for looters or home invasion crooks.

If the local police are distracted by having to deal with marches, protests or riots, local thieves will use that opportunity to invade private homes while the police cannot respond!
